1 star experience all the way around. Brought my 2014 Subaru in for a diagnosis due to a check engine light, was given a firm confirmation of what it was (gas cap), paid for the diagnostic fee and part, and 2 days later, the light is back on. Attempts to resolve it with management failed miserably. James Davies was exceptionally rude to me, because apparently I'm inconvenience due to having an interlock on the car. The staff, Wes, Jess and Gabe in particular, at this establishment makes purchasing a new vehicle so easy! I would go no place else if I were starting this process again, truthfully!! I was able to get a good deal on my preferred chosen vehicle without the typical stress I’ve previously experienced every place I’ve ever gone to prior (& I’m no ‘spring chicken')!! Definitely the dealer to purchase from, from the beginning of your purchase through the time you have it, they take care of your vehicle. We can definitely count on them Thank-you for always making sure my parents vehicle are safe. .
Had a great experience with JoJo and Wes. Didn’t have the color we wanted but they tracked one down for us
Charged me for a service that was not performed. Tire rotation was not completed. Here it’s common
